Overview
We are hiring a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a passion for automation, and the ability to drive high-availability cloud architecture initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, and ELB. Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and other DevOps tools. Manage and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Perform EKS upgrades and patching for UAT and production. Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Go. -Ensure secure cloud environments by applying best practices in encryption, certificates, and IAM policies. -Monitor infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, and implement alerting systems. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design highly available cloud architectures. -Participate in disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution. -Independently research and adopt new technologies aligned with cloud infrastructure trends. Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering. -Deep experience with AWS services: EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation. -Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (CKA certification is a plus). -Strong scripting ability in Bash, Python, or Go. -Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). -Solid understanding of networking fundamentals – DNS, NAT, load balancing. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and learn new tools and technologies. -Strong communication and client-service skills. -Excellent time management and prioritization abilities. -Professional, reliable, and collaborative team player.
